1.) Online CCG’s – hearthstone, Mtg, Gwent, Shadowverse,
This goes back to my childhood I played/watched Yu-gi-oh when I was younger, what kept my interest in it going was how in-depth the skill Level in these games are, which is funny because when I was 9 I walked into my local card shop and asked for a pack of Mtg cards (cause I wanted to try something new) and the owner of that shop told me that I should buy something else as the game was advanced and for older players so I still bought the pack “Betrayers of kamigawa” and it was the only pack I bought (which I still own the cards) but my thought process was why is this game hard? and if others play this I can play this too.
2.) Yugioh, Mtg, Pokémon card collecting
While I don’t play these games except online, I have in the last few years taking to collecting cards mostly out of nostalgia and I want to get cards that I liked but couldn’t get or afford.
3.) Content creation – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blog, YouTube, Twitch, Photoshop,
So before the stroke, I was just got into the space of content creation I would record gameplay, edit thumbnails and post to YouTube & Twitch I loved it I have stepped away from that but who knows I may be back, I know have started this blog and will continue to post that content.
4.) This blog
As I have mention i am producing content posts for my blog where I will continue to talk about my life after a stroke, mental health, the younger generation and possibly other issues I just want to put my voice out there regardless if no one listens or maybe that 1 specific person who reads it resonates with them that is what is all.
5.) Podcasts/ audiobooks
Great to listen to it relaxes me I just put it on whether that be while walking or writing or in the background and do other things.
6. )Journaling
This is something that I’m still getting the hang of but I’m finding it a nice way to declutter my mind and to just put thigs in perspective i don’t make this a daily or weekly thing I tried that and i felt that I was struggling to put thing into it so I just make it whenever I want or if something pops into my head if I’m out I just make a note in my phone and that way it’s meaningful to me and that’s what is important.
