Writing a book
So i have been writing a book about me, my journey up from my childhood and everything that i have been through for two reasons 1. to get it out in the open so that others may learn from my mistakes and also the way i was treated and the way that it moulded my very thoughts, morals & my very being.

Contacting friends:
So i have been trying to get into contacting people for multiple reasons i have a side project that i want to try and get people involved in and also for my book that im writing.

Being introspective:
when planning out details & sections for the book it made me realise and dig up memories some of which i really never thought about for well over 10+ years but when thinking about the past, things that were buried just started to spring up so that was interesting.

Making a podcast:
Im making a podcast where i will be inviting people on to talk and share their perspective on life, mental health & general things.

Friends:
In doing all of this it has made me grateful to have those people that are there for me and even though we don’t talk alot i know i can count on them and vice-versa.
