Didn’t hit my step goal last week and that’s okay.
Last week was the first week I didn't hit my goal of 50,000 steps, and I did it on purpose because I was exhausted and needed a rest. You know what, I enjoyed it now back on the wagon. It's fine if you fall off once in a while, but you have to get up, dust yourself off and keep going.
